Witness: Women at the Tomb
Eyewitness testimony is often an important component in building a credible case in the legal system. The gospel writer Luke, like any good storyteller--or an attorney building a credible case--describes the event and its setting, names and describes the persons involved, he unfolds the story, and reveals the twist. Kerry Luddy talks about the importance of the witnesses at the tomb--women--and how they participated so critically in the first breaths of the Church.
